The Lt. Governor will announce key elements of the 2002 Children's Tax Check-off campaign.

Now in its fifth year, the Check-off is on Line 10 of the Vermont State Income Tax form. 100% of the money raised through the Check-off is granted to programs across Vermont that provide primary prevention programs for children and their families. A list of programs receiving funding is included. Typically requests for funding outnumber money available by at least 3:1. The tax check-off represents an easy way for Vermont taxpayers to support these important programs.
